Update from Chelsea Manning

“Thank you, truly, for your unwavering love and support during this entire ordeal. You enabled Chelsea to maintain her principled stance by providing her with the best legal defense team possible,” shared Team Chelsea earlier this week.

“Chelsea was released on March 12, 2020. She has been resting and trying to recover from being held in jail for almost a full year for resisting a grand jury subpoena … Chelsea has been taking some time to rest and recover, and is not planning any public appearances for the foreseeable future. She is staying indoors and safe and is hoping you do the same.”

If you would like to receive updates about Chelsea and all of her various projects, please join the new “Team Chelsea” mailing list here.

Message from Chelsea Manning

I would like to thank all of you for your support. Without your efforts–including organizing, fundraising, and public education–my court martial would not have been nearly as visible to the public.

It’s great to see Chelsea free as a bird for a change. If anyone has any doubts about the evil of the United States government, all you have to do is see how they have done everything imaginable to destroy Chelsea Manning’s life.
